ABOUT ME
I’ve always found it strange how we introduce ourselves by what we do, as if our job is our identity. “Hi, I’m Jess. I’m a Jungian analyst.” As if that sums it up. Yes, I'm a psychotherapist. But I'm also the person who'll spend two hours in a vintage market for one chipped ring with a story behind it, who will say hello to every dog that crosses my path and who'd rather talk about your dreams than your weekend.
My work is deeply influenced by the thinkers who changed my inner world completely: Marion Woodman, James Hillman, Clarissa Pinkola Estés, Joseph Campbell, Marie-Louise von Franz.
So here's a question I like to sit with, and one I'll probably ask you eventually: Who are you, without telling me your job?
That’s why most people find themselves here: because something in them is asking that same question. Because they want to know not just who they’ve been, but whom they’re becoming.

My Background
I began my training in Brazil, studying Psychology at Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. After a major turning point, I moved to London to continue my path.
I completed my clinical psychodynamic training at SAP (Society of Analytical Psychology)and have since deepened my practice through ongoing Clinical Jungian supervision at the Jungian Institute in Lisbon. I'm currently completing an MSc in Spirituality, Consciousness, and Transpersonal Psychology at Liverpool John Moores University.
Today, my work takes many forms. I see clients one-to-one, teach courses online, and partner with brands across London on wellbeing and psychological literacy. I also work in partnership with schools in Portugal, and run a monthly women's Jungian book club exploring the work of Clarissa Pinkola Estés.
