This is not a regular book club. We are not here just to analyse literature from a distance; we are here to let the stories speak to us.

Guided by Dr Clarissa Pinkola Estés’s seminal work, Women Who Run With the Wolves, this monthly circle is a container for inner work, soul retrieval, and collective witnessing. Together, we will gather every month to read a single chapter, using the medicine of myths and fairy tales to reflect our own lives.

How is the Space:

As a Jungian psychotherapist specialised in women’s psychology, I hold this space to bring deep psychological inquiry with the ancient tradition of the women's circle. Inspired by the work of Clarissa Pinkola Estés and Marion Woodman, my goal is to guide us far beyond mere intellectual discussion so we can step into the experiential.

Because every woman brings her unique essence, no two gatherings will ever be the same. The magic of the circle is shaped by who is in the room.

What to Expect Each Month:

- Psychological Work: We will explore the somatic, symbolic, and archetypal themes of each chapter.

- Prompts & Activities: I will bring targeted questions, reflective exercises, and creative activities designed to illuminate the unconscious.

- Insight & Experience Sharing: A safe harbour to bring your personal histories, your insights, and how you relate to the stories.

- Shared Support: A non-judgmental space to witness each other’s growth, find meaning in our struggles, and experiences.

Jessica is a Brazilian Jungian psychoanalyst based in London and the founder of The Venus School, where she teaches and conducts research on symbolic systems such as tarot, archetypal astrology and mythology.

With a background in clinical psychology and ongoing postgraduate studies in transpersonal psychology and Jungian analysis, her work bridges depth psychology and esoteric wisdom, applying her ever-growing knowledge of human behaviour to understanding the often nebulous language of the Universe.

In her private practice, Jessica works with individuals navigating transitions, emotional patterns, and symbolic crises, with a special focus on women’s psychological development, embodiment, and the integration of the sacred feminine.
